CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients must pay deposit upon booking for ALL services, deposits are refundable up until 48 hours prior to your appointment. All appointments MUST be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. If cancelled | rescheduled outside of the window your deposit will now count as your cancellation fee & will NOT go towards future appointments. Not arriving to an appointment within 15 minutes of your scheduled time will result in your deposit kept as a no-show fee if you are marked as a no future appointments will require a deposit of 50% of your services upon booking.
